cesr pathway
The General Medical Council (GMC) assesses the application and determines if the candidate's experience and qualifications are equivalent to UK standards. If accepted, the doctor is granted a CESR, allowing them to work as a consultant or specialist in the NHS or other healthcare settings in the UK.
