Ophthalmology pathway
To apply for the CESR in Ophthalmology, candidates must submit a detailed portfolio that includes evidence of clinical practice, educational qualifications, and other relevant professional documentation. The portfolio is then evaluated by the GMC to assess whether the candidate meets the required standards to practice as a consultant in the UK.
